Breeding: Farmers breed their animals with the best control and the advice from our 24 veterinarians. Classification: to homogenise
finishing stages, we have 8 fattening centres where the lambs are classified. Processing: Our modern butchering and packing room,
can produce up to 15.000 kg/day. Innovation, added value for success: Consumers require us to continuously innovate: carcasses,
vacuum packaging boneless/bone in cuts, trays.
