Finca Santa Rosalía is a quiet and charming place where we have been carefully breeding animals. The entire life cycle of each of our cattle is
monitored from beginning to end through the implementation of a special cattle-rearing system which guarantees both animal welfare and the quality and safety of the final product reaching the consumer.
Meat from the Wagyu breed is one of the most highly appreciated in the world with an exquisite taste and tenderness as well as healthy properties for the consumer, being a meat with a high content of omega 3, and omega 6 fatty acids, and oleic acid (omega 9), contributing to prevent the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
